Meet Our Practitioners
Yinong Chong, Qigong Master
Yinong Chong is a certified Qigong instructor and health scientist. Born and raised in China, Dr. Chong has trained with prominent TCM doctors and Taoist teachers, and with over 10 years of professional experience in public health research, she is able to create a bridge between ancient teachings and modern science. She works privately with our clients whose health would benefit from direct, personal instruction in meditation and Qigong.
Dr. Chong is co-author and narrator of the guided meditation series Touched by the Tao: Classical Chinese Meditation for Health and Healing, and author of book and video set Dancing in the Tao: Connecting to Universal Energy to Transform Your Health and Life. She holds a PhD in Sociology from Arizona State University, an MA in Journalism from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and a BS in English Literature from Beijing University.
Chris Key, PhD, Advanced Rolfer
Dr. Key holds a PhD in psychology-psychophysiology from Union Institute and University, is a certified Advanced Rolfer, and adjunct faculty member at the University of Delaware, where he works primarily with actors, athletes, and dancers focusing on the body in performance.
He integrates his practice of Rolfing with his broad studies with cornerstone pioneers in movement and wellbeing modalities, including Yoga with B. K. S. Iyengar; The Feldenkrais Method with Moshe Feldenkrais; Body Centered Psychotherapy with Ron Kurtz; and Continuum with Emilie Conrad Da'Oud.
Dr. Key is one of approximately 1,500 Rolfers in the United States, and is one of our most requested professionals.
Reverend Sandra Mayo, Wisdom Teacher
Reverend Sandra Mayo is a counselor and teacher of ancient wisdom traditions, including Polynesian and Hawaiian Huna, which unlocks the depth of knowledge of self; the I Ching, which accesses our divinity; and, the science of Astrology, which connects us to the celestial bodies that align with the laws and rhythms that life, our universe, and the cosmos.
Sandra helps our clients create a clear, big-picture vision, and then she helps them go after it. She utilizes their birth-maps as a key to reveal their unique pathways and the potential in individuals, projects, and organizations. She helps our clients explore how their thoughts, words, and actions affect their results, and teaches life path by design.

YONGLI NI, MD AND DOCTOR OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Dr. Yongli Ni blends Western Medical training from the Beijing School of Medicine and a Masters degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Statistics with expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and groundbreaking new technology into a comprehensive system of health support for her patients.
Our clients fly in from around the world to see Dr. Ni for unique, custom health assessments and maintenance. She provides digital meridian testing, acupuncture, and Chinese herbs. She teaches her patients powerful self-care information and techniques, and prefers to see well patients once a year just prior to their birthdays. She also treats root causes of complex conditions, such as infertility, cancer, multiple sclerosis, and the myriad spectrum of modern ills, often with remarkable effect.

Wenyao Shi, MD, PhD and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine
With his extensive understanding of Western and Eastern medicines, Dr. Shi provides a comprehensive analysis of our clients health status. In his initial assessment, he reviews diet, exercise, rest, and postural alignment; health history and concerns; and recommends lifestyle practices and treatments to achieve desired goals.
He offers Traditional Chinese Medicine, including seasonal acupuncture, herbs, and education to balance health throughout the year. Our clients are pleased with the powerful results for their personal and professional performance.
Dr. Shi graduated from Zhejiang University Medical School in his hometown of Hangzhou, China -- known as heaven on earth -- and obtained a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Sciences from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
In over 10 years of clinical practice in general surgery, he incorporated acupuncture and herbs as one of the approaches to relieving post-surgery symptoms and improving wound healing.
He is Certified as a Diplomate from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Phil Wharton, Musculoskeletal Therapist
Phil is a world-renowned musculoskeletal therapist who assists our clients in discovering simple solutions to complicated problems; recovering from strains and injuries; and fine tuning the body for efficiency, flexibility, strength, and endurance. He works with Olympic medalists and professional athletes, as well as individuals suffering from difficult conditions and chronic pain. He incorporates Active Isolated Flexibility (AIF), Stretching and Strengthening (AIS), muscular rebalancing, and joint-integrity strengthening in his work.
